JHT Materials is established in 1999 as a supplier of raw materials to the Metal, and Electronics manufacturing industries. Besides Singapore, presently we also serve Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam and Greater China. In 2002, a representative office is set up in Shanghai to cover the fast expanding Chinese market. In 2006, we set up a subsidiary company as JHT International Trading (Shanghai) Co.

Our business focus is in the distribution of Engineered Materials, and Electronics Materials.

In Engineered materials, we handle all forms of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (e.g. Beryllium Copper, Brass, Phosphorous Bronze, Nickel Silver, Aluminum, Pure Nickel, Specially-Plated Steel, Stainless Steel, etc). The materials are available in either strip, cut sheet, wire or rod forms, etc.

We can also handle Selective Plating Materials. These are mainly copper, or nickel based alloys selectively plated with Tin (Sn), Nickel (Ni), Palladium Nickel (PdNi), Gold (Au) for use in electrical contacts, terminals, miniature motors, signal and function switches.

Other plated materials commonly available include Reflow Tin Plating, and Hot-dip Tin Plating.

For electronic materials, we specialize in technically advance materials for production of Electronics Devices.

These ranges from electronics components products (e.g. Capacitors, Connectors, Inductors, etc) from our renowned manufacturers, to customized materials specially developed for the production of electronics sub-assemblies.

Examples of later include Conductive Pastes for printing of membrane switches and silver through-hole (PTH) PCBs for packaging of semiconductor devices.

Last but not least, we can also provide for Terminals, Lead-wires, Magnetic Cores, etc.
